These programs also include lead scoring capabilities which can be used to see which leads are hot prospects based on how often they have opened or clicked emails that have been sent or what website content they have interacted with. You can set customized point values for website visits, email click throughs, form submissions, or other various other activities, and use that information to see if you have gotten their attention.
